Dust off your fedoras or fur coats and join us for a cinematic journey back to the Golden Age of Hollywood with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. We provide exclusive screenings of select classics featuring these icons, along with commentary from cinephiles, drinks, and hors d’oeuvres.
All entries must be submitted by April 8, 2024.
We are thrilled to announce a poster design contest for the upcoming “Shadows and Stars: The Classic Era of Bogart and Bergman Film Festival” taking place from April 19 to 21, 2024, at The Rif Theatre in Casablanca. This is your chance to contribute to a celebration of the Golden Age of Hollywood and the iconic duo of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman.

For 20 years Rick’s Café has been committed to bringing world-class jazz to Casablanca. To celebrate this achievement, we are honored to host two preeminent musicians from across the Atlantic to teach jazz master classes.

For its 20th anniversary Rick’s Café, in collaboration with the publishing house, “En Toutes Lettres”, will welcome 10 young writers to to participate in a writing workshop to reimagine this famous venue at the edge of the Old Medina of Casablanca, drawing from the fantasy of the film to the reality of the city.

Get out of the film, Casablanca, and into the reality of its namesake with a guided tour of key locations in this intriguing city.
